Leaf-Form Dish by Shibuyadeishi

A sculptural leaf-shaped dish, hand-built to mimic the pointed, elongated form of an actual leaf, right down to incised vein lines etched into the interior. The glaze is a soft, matte white/pale grey that pools thin over a warm terracotta-colored clay body, letting the raw clay peek through at the rim and edges — giving it an aged, almost weathered look, like a dried leaf caught in stone.
