Many items are handmade. Natural variations in colour, texture, size, or finish are normal characteristics and not considered defects.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

We accept secure payment methods supported by Hostinger’s payment system, including major credit/debit cards and approved third-party payment providers.

Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

4. Orders & Contract

A binding contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

Any payment already made will be refunded in full.

5. Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or customs procedures for international shipments.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Handmade variations are not considered faults and are therefore not eligible for refunds.

8. Warranties

Products are provided in accordance with EU statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
